SDC (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation) Project applications for Pro Helvetia Cape Town must be made on the official application form, between 1 September and 30 September 2009, for projects that take place in 2010.

Pro Helvetia Projects applications and applications for residency exchange between Southern African and Switzerland must be made on the official  PHCT residency application form and submitted before the 15 January 2010.   

Applications for residency exchange in Southern Africa, artist must submit application on the official SDC application form to our office before the 15 January 2010.  

Pro Helvetia Cape Town then screens all received applications, and authority is finally granted from the specialised department in question (organized per art discipline) at Pro Helvetia Zurich and from SDC Pretoria.  

As requests always exceed the resources available, Pro Helvetia sets priorities, as outlined below in the sections dealing with the individual discipline areas. But remember, there is no such thing as an automatic right to support.
